2025 Stargazer Lily Verdejo
A noteworthy varietal from Spain showing its promise in the Applegate Valley.
Aromatically complex, the nose opens with a cascade of stone fruit, fresh apricot, and ripe mango. Subtle fragrances of jasmine and chamomile tea weave through the fruit, lending a delicate quality to the aromatics. The midpalate is satin, plush and seamless with a fine balance of acidity and intense concentration. Candied lime and dried thyme add a zippy intrigue. This wine was whole cluster pressed and stainless steel fermented to allow the vibrant, tropical and floral characteristics of this varietal to shine through.
